Graham has acquired a wide range of knowledge in various building construction techniques, whilst working in the construction and building industry for over 30 years.

 

Graham is highly self-motivated, has good organizational skills, and applies good communication and interpersonal techniques, and over the years has built up a good customer care and working relations with many construction companies, Designers, and Manufacturers at all levels.

 

Graham enjoys working as part of a team, as well as own initiative, performs well under pressure when meeting tight deadlines.

Sole Owner of LCT Construction.

Previous Employment

Stoneguard Ltd 1996-2008

Managed and coordinated various projects, liaising with main contractors, Contract Supervisor site agents and coordinated with the subcontracts employed to carryout the work on a day-to-day basis.

 

Contract Manager

Become involved with pre-tenders, Pre-start meetings and liaising with project managers. Coordinated and managed the visits of company supervisors to the sites.

 

   

Contracts Director

Interviewing and employment of staff to create a team of 20 including project managers, site agents, supervisors and engineers, Including their individual appraisals and evaluations.

Overseeing and advising coordination of Drawings, also advising on the Detail Design    to be created by designers.

Continuous having communication with those working on sites, and to advise the day-to-day running of the projects.

Trying to keep the project’s within the Tender budget.

Oversea visits to suppliers and manufactures, organizing shipments and deliveries.

Early involvement with contract tenders prior to these being submitted to clients.
